The seventh of Jan, we will eat rice porridge with seven different kinds of spring herbs.
They helps my stomach setting up.

Last day my friend's wedding party was. My friend is the reader of social activity for Shikoku Island economics. She had tried the Udon movement in N.Y.
All the guests at the wedding ceremony were given a UDON made by the Hinode Seimen Co.Ltd.. It's so famous Udon company, I love the udon.

冷やし熊谷うどん

竹の流し台で、冷えたうどんやそうめんを食べるイベントが２９日、熊谷市や新座市で開かれた。

　熊谷スポーツ文化公園では、長さ１００メートルの割った竹にうどんが流された。冷えためんを温かいつゆで食べる「熊谷うどん」に関係する食品会社などが催した。

　昨年の世界水泳１００メートル背泳ぎで金メダルを獲得した熊谷市出身の古賀淳也さん（２３）に、２０１２年のロンドン五輪でも活躍してもらおうと企画。古賀さんや親子連れの市民ら約４００人が参加した。

　初めて「熊谷うどん」を食べたという古賀さんは、「地元の人に後押ししてもらって金メダルを狙えるのは励みになる」と話した。

　参加した同市の小学４年、中尾柊太君（９）は古賀選手と同じ水泳スクールで背泳ぎをしている。「古賀選手を目指したい」と話した。

　新座市本多１丁目の児童センターでは、「お父さんの大流しそうめん大会」があった。父親たちでつくる地元の「お父さん盛上げ隊」が、長さ約１５メートルある流し台やジグザグに流れる台など３台を作り、８０家族約３００人が参加。子どもたちが歓声を上げながら味わった。

　家族４人で参加した柳小春さん（７）は「楽しくて、おなかいっぱいになった」とにっこりしていた。

　隊長の塚原一弘さん（３９）は、「イベントに参加することで、自然と子どもと話したり、子どもの友達ともかかわったりすることができます」と話した。

の冷やし釜玉うどん（群馬県館林市）

群馬県館林市で２１日、「冷やし釜玉うどん早食い大会」があり、どんぶりの中の３個のうどん玉、３個の半熟卵、天かすなどを完食するタイムを競った。

３０人の参加者が６組に分かれ、「うどん娘（こ）」の「よーい、うどん！」の掛け声で、うどんを口から流し込んだ。優勝した会社員（４０）のタイムは１分２６秒０４。

館林市は猛暑日が７、８月に計２２日あった。市内のうどん業者などでつくる主催者側は「猛暑でなく、売り出し中の冷やし釜玉うどんで有名になりたい」。

Duck Udon （鴨南蛮） in Takeya Udonteria

Today's lunch I went to Takeya Udonteria near Ochanomizu sta. with my NPO member and friend who is doctor cource student of Tokyo Medical & Dental University.

My friend's favor is Duck Udon, we called kamo-namban. Kamonamban need great taste is In in a fine balanc with smell of fatty meat and breezes of green onion and fish soup. It's so delicious!!!
